In the class you will create a half gallon of your very own fruit wine! We will cover the basic process, fermentation, equipment, and supplies needed to make a quality wine at home. You can pick from dozens of flavors with amazing aromas such as

Once the course is completed you can bottle your wine and take it home along with instructions on how to care for your new masterpiece. Your new wine will take 6-8 weeks to ferment, all it takes is a little patience.

- What area is the studio located in? We are located in Metairie, Louisiana, which is about 10-15 minutes from New Orleans, Louisiana.
- What is the maximum number of guests? We currently can accommodate up to 8 guests per class. If you're in Louisiana and have a space for the class to be held for more guests, we can accommodate that as well.
- Do you travel? Yes, we travel within the state of Louisiana currently. Travel fees will be an additional charge.
- What age do I have to be to book the class? You MUST be 21 years or older to book the class.
